6063 T6 aluminum tube is the main alloy of 6063 alloy. It is a high-quality aluminum alloy product produced by heat treatment and pre-stretching process. Although its strength cannot be compared with 2XXX series or 7XXX series, it has many characteristics of magnesium and silicon alloys, and has good processability. The characteristics of electroplating, good corrosion resistance, high toughness and no deformation after processing, compact material and easy polishing, easy coloring film, oxidation effect and other excellent characteristics. 6063 T6 aluminum tube mainly contains 0.4-0.8 silicon, 0.7 iron, 0.15-0.4 copper, 0.15 manganese, 0.8-1.2 magnesium, 0.04-0.35 chromium, 0.25 zinc, and 0.15 titanium. The tensile strength of 6063 T6 aluminum tube is 290Mpa, the yield strength is 240Mpa, the elongation is 10%, and the hardness is 95 HB. It is often used in the frame of architectural aluminum doors, windows and curtain walls. Assembly performance, corrosion resistance and decorative performance, the requirements for the comprehensive performance of aluminum alloy profiles are far higher than the standards of industrial profiles.
